Check Existing Ticket Status

  • You can later check all your tickets using your mobile number
  • Attachment is optional, but useful for payment screenshots or proof documents

Raise a New Support Ticket

Use the same mobile number used during registration.

Example: payment done but registration not confirmed, wrong T-shirt size, bib issue, result query, certificate not received, etc.

Allowed files: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF | Max size: 2 MB


What happens next?

Once you submit the ticket, a unique Ticket ID will be created.

You can use your registered mobile number to check all your support tickets and see the full communication history.
