IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER
1. Please report at 5:45AM Loyola School, Bhubaneswar to avoid last minute parking issue on the event day.
2. We will start the run sharply at 6:30 AM
3. As its a open road event, parents are advisible to run along with your kids below age 12.
4. You need to be physically present at the counter to collect your BIB/T-Shirt. Please come with a proper authorization letter or send a e-mail at support@ironmonk.fit if you want to collect for your friends or relatives.
5. We will just ask your Race ID number at the counter
6. Wear your BIB in the front
7. Do not remove your BIB till you get your Medal, Tiffin and Prize(In Case you are winner)
8. Read all the below insructions throughly to avoid any last minute confusion. Please remember we have to distribute 500 people, your co-operation can make it possible.
How to get your Race ID number?
1. Just enter your registered mobile number in the event page Barbil Run Mahotsav(Get your ID) you will get your ID and Age
2. Your age is calculated as on (23rd Jan 2025)
3. Your BIB number may not be same as Race ID
